Pricing Models for Automation Services

We offer flexible and transparent pricing models for our IT services to cater to the diverse needs of our clients. We understand that each project is unique, and our pricing options are designed to accommodate both smaller projects with shorter timelines and larger projects that require extended support and development. Our pricing models include Flat Rate pricing and Quarterly Billing, both of which incorporate resource and software costs to ensure a comprehensive and efficient service delivery. There may be an opportunity to share costs for common processes. Additionally, one time funding for institutional projects may be available:

Our Flat Rate pricing model is ideal for smaller projects that can be completed within a relatively shorter timeframe, typically taking up to three weeks or less. With this model, we offer a fixed price for the entire project, providing you with cost certainty and peace of mind. The Flat Rate pricing option is suitable for clients seeking immediate solutions or focused deliverables without ongoing maintenance or extensive support requirements.

Benefits of Flat Rate Pricing

  • Clear and predictable costs from the outset
  • Ideal for projects with well-defined scopes and shorter timelines
  • Straightforward budgeting and cost planning
  • No unexpected expenses or surprises

For larger and more complex projects that may extend beyond 3 weeks, our Quarterly Billing model offers a flexible and scalable pricing approach. With this model, we bill on a quarterly basis, allowing for ongoing development, support, and maintenance throughout the project's lifecycle. Quarterly Billing is particularly suitable for projects that require continuous enhancements, regular updates, and comprehensive support services.

Benefits of Quarterly Billing

  • Adaptability to evolving project requirements
  • Suitable for projects with longer timelines or iterative development
  • Access to ongoing support and timely updates
  • Scalable solutions to accommodate changing needs

Inclusions in Both Pricing Models

Regardless of the chosen pricing model, both flat rate pricing and quarterly billing options include the following costs:

  1. Resource Costs: Our pricing covers the remuneration of our highly skilled and experienced IT professionals who work diligently to deliver top-notch solutions tailored to your specific requirements.

  2. Software Costs: We include the licensing fees and software expenses necessary for the successful execution of your project, ensuring that you have access to cutting-edge technologies and industry-leading tools.
