The Netinfo/Interchange Email service is now end-of-life, due to aging hardware and lack of vendor support.

Before considering Interchange, please review the following new service options:

• Students and Alumni: The Student Email Renewal Project is coming Fall 2011 beginning with an email forwarding service at the end of September.
• Faculty, Staff and Emeriti: There is a replacement service called FASmail (Faculty and Staff Email) project.  More information about this project and service is available here.
• Businesses and Individuals: Email forwarding options are available to existing customers upon request.

Your Interchange or student Netinfo account gives you access to a UBC email account (username@interchange.ubc.ca), and mailing lists. UBC Email accounts (username@interchange.ubc.ca) are accessed through the myUBC web portal .

This service is available to students, faculty, staff, professors Emeriti, alumni, and others.
