UBC IT is launching a callback feature pilot for the IT Service Centre. Rather than waiting in the queue, you can request a callback to a phone number of your choice. We will have this feature in place for the next 6 months, to gauge its value to the community. To request a callback, navigate to the IT Service Centre Help Desk contact page.
