A Java web plug-in vulnerability has recently been identified for Mac OS X users. Java updates are now available to help limit this potential vulnerability.

The new LMS platform, Connect, will be the main course environment for UBC's digital learning ecosystem and will serve as an integrated and collaborative online learning space into the future. Over the next two years UBC will undergo a staged process to move all Vista-based course websites to Connect.
Connect can be used to support a virtual course environment to create online quizzes, store class notes, post grades, create a discussion forum, and provide/schedule assignments. Additional services such as iClicker, BB Collaborate, Library Course Reserves can be accessed through Connect.
